Boutique hotels in Santa Fe live and die by TripAdvisor and Google reviews. The number-one mid-tier review complaint isn't the bed or the noise — it's "there was nothing available late at night." A guest who finishes dinner at 9pm, takes a walk, comes back at 10:30pm wanting chips and a drink, and finds the front desk dark and the nearest store closed... writes a 3-star review.
