A New Mexico Company

We built the vending company this state actually needed.

Venkings is locally owned, locally operated, locally stocked, and engineered for the only state where the temperature can swing 40°F between lunch and dinner. We're not Aramark. We're not Coca-Cola Refresh. We're not a franchise. We're the people who built the machine you wish existed in your venue.

The Origin

It started with one broken bill validator.

We were customers before we were vendors. A late-night moment at a friend's bar in Nob Hill, a vape machine that didn't exist anywhere in NM, a snack machine across the street that ate a dollar and wouldn't dispense, and the dawning realization that nobody operating in this market was actually trying.

The big national vendors treat New Mexico like a rounding error. The two-truck regional vendors don't have the engineering chops to climate-seal machines or run real-time telemetry. And the 21+ vaping vertical — the single biggest retention lever for any bar in this state — was just empty. Nobody was doing it.

So we built it. Climate-sealed cabinets that handle ABQ heat and Santa Fe freeze. AI-powered telemetry that calls us when stock runs low. NMRLD-compliant vaping hardware with built-in ID verification. Bilingual touchscreens because ~28% of NM households speak Spanish at home. NM-sourced snacks because Hatch chile chips taste better than the truck-shipped alternative.

The result is a vending company that looks more like a tech company than a snack company — and a customer base that ranges from craft breweries in Santa Fe to casino floors in the Sandias.

What Makes Us Different

Five things no other NM operator does.

01

Climate-engineered hardware

Dual-zone refrigeration as standard, not as an upcharge. Altitude-pressure-tested supply chain for 5,300–7,200ft elevation. NM is a hostile climate for vending. We built around it.

02

The 21+ vaping moat

We're the only NM operator doing custom-branded 21+ vaping product vending for licensed venues. Holds the NMRLD permit. Holds the audit logs. Your venue gets the only one in town.

03

Real-time telemetry

Every machine reports its inventory, its sales, and its hardware health in real time. Restock latency averages 18 hours from low-stock alert. National operators run on calendar schedules.

04

NM supply chain

Hatch chile chips. Bode's jerky. Sangre de Cristo water. Piñon coffee. Local roasters. National brands beside NM-made, because customers want both. Every machine has a custom stocking profile.

05

Bilingual by default

Touchscreen UI in English and Spanish — not as an "advanced option" buried in settings, but as the default experience. The most NM-respectful vending machine you've ever used.

Locally owned, locally answered

When something goes wrong, you don't reach a call center in another state. You text us. We live here. Our trucks are NM-plated. Our restocking team drives between ABQ, Santa Fe, and Las Cruces every week.

Our Commitment

We invest in New Mexico first.

Local sourcing wherever possible. Every machine is built around an NM-first stocking list. Hatch chiles, NM jerky, Piñon coffee, Sangre de Cristo water. National brands round out the lineup because customers expect them — but the spotlight stays on what's made here.

Local hiring. Our restocking team is hired in-state. Our technicians are based in ABQ and Las Cruces. Our customer support is staffed by people who can pronounce "Tijeras" correctly.

Local accountability. When you call us, you reach us. When you text us, we reply. When you need a machine moved, we drive over. No call centers, no offshore tickets, no escalation queues.

Let us handle the vending.

Free site visit. Custom machine plan. Installed in 2 weeks. Then you forget it exists.
